Dr. Rathi Dasgupta
Principal Partner
Rathi Dasgupta is the CEO and Principal Partner of VisionTomoro. He is a visionary business leader with 30+ years of leadership and technology experience. He was the CEO of Intec Telecom Systems (now CSG/NEC) eralier. He was also SVP at Happiest Minds, VP at Zensar and Head of Java Soft at SUN Microsystems. He was also the Director & CTO at Target Corporation India. He co-authored a book on Machine Learning and created four IPs (US Patents) on Machine Learning. Rathi did his PhD studies in Physics and post-doctoral training at Harvard.
Avijit Laha
Partner and COO
Avijit Laha is the COO and Partner of VisionTomoro. With 35+ years of IT industry experience, Avijit has been involved with organizational development and growth initiatives in multiple roles with a clear focus on client acquisition and retention. He brings Combined experience of front-line sales and business development, Program and Account Management in premier multi-national organizations like NetSuite, Oracle, NIIT (ESRI), Rolta (Intergraph). He earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University (India).
